The building is a small, one-storey retreat, set out as a simple rectangular volume with a low-sloped roof and a covered porch. The plan places the open kitchen–living area at the center, with bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sauna at the ends. The outdoor area extends the interior with sheltered seating and an outdoor jacuzzi.
