KABN

The house is planned as a two-storey main volume connected to a single-storey wing and a double garage, creating a defined courtyard edge. The ground floor is organized for day-to-day use with an open living zone and supporting rooms arranged along the sides, while the upper floor concentrates the bedrooms and bathrooms around the stair. The facade is simple and consistent, using deep eaves, a limited set of window types, and timber screening to articulate entrances and outdoor rooms.
